Best Fleets to Drive For collects the most comprehensive set of workplace best practices in the North American trucking industry. The Best Fleets Education & Awards conference digs deep into that data set to highlight what’s working at fleets of all sizes, where innovation is happening, key stats, and emerging trends.
Showcasing Winners
The Top 20 Best Fleets, along with fleets entering the Hall of Fame, will be publicly recognized on stage. The two overall winners, in large and small fleet categories, will also be unveiled.

With an agenda heavily focused on education, the conference will dig deep into the trends, innovative ideas, and successful initiatives identified during the 2024 edition of the program.
Who Should Attend
Fleet owners and senior management of trucking companies, particularly in the areas of HR, safety, operations, and driver management. Senior drivers and advisory board members will also benefit.
This event is designed specifically for trucking company employees (and contractors) and is not open for vendor or supplier registration.
NASCAR Hall of Fame
Located in the heart of Charlotte, NC, the NASCAR Hall of Fame features a collection of interactive exhibits and iconic vehicles celebrating all things NASCAR.
The Best Fleets to Drive For Education & Awards Conference will take over the entire venue, allowing attendees to explore the hall and experience NASCAR history directly.
Multiple hotels are within walking distance of the hall. Preferred rates have been arranged for attendees and discount codes will be provided upon registration.
The hall is approximately 15 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Parking is available on site for those driving.
